Key Responsibilities: Form rails according to drawing specifications using pneumatic and hydraulic forming presses. Adhere to safety procedures and regulations to maintain safe operations. Ensure continuity between shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and ongoing needs. Complete production and quality logs to document actions effectively. Stay current by participating in educational opportunities and reviewing technical publications. Accept ownership of new requests and explore opportunities to enhance job performance. Follow instructions and management directives diligently. Maintain a safe working environment and practice good housekeeping following 5S principles. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED is required. Two years of technical trade school education, relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-4 years of manufacturing assembly experience is preferred.
