WHY BOX NEEDS YOU The Recruiting Operations function is critical to the development and evolution of Box's global Talent organization. Our Talent function encompasses recruiting, organizational & talent development, talent programs, coordination, and internal comms. Ops is at the center of everything we do as a team, building the infrastructure, the tools and the processes that will help us (and Box as a whole!) scale and operate effectively. We're looking for a Recruiting Operations Manager to help consolidate and integrate our Recruiting tech stack and processes in the fast-paced era of AI. This self-proclaimed tools, AI and data junkie will lead key tools, data, reporting, and process initiatives for the Talent function at Box. The role is an individual contributor. This role will help provide a best-in-class talent experience for candidates and Boxers alike through support and enablement of our tech stack that includes Box, Workday, Greenhouse, ModernLoop, FindEm, TalentWall, and more. The role requires deep program management experience, discipline and attention to detail, as well as the ability to scope, lead and deliver a wide range of complex projects, develop business cases, project charters, and provide executive updates and communications. This individual will serve as a strategic thought-partner to the VP of Talent, Recruiting Leadership Team, People Operations, People Analytics, Legal, Sourcing, IT, and key external vendors to build future operating models and ensure that Box is at the forefront of creative approaches to talent acquisition.
