How does this role contribute to our collective success?
This position will support report building, process development, and analysis for the
Global Reserving team. This role will be heavily involved in improving MI, automating
reporting via things like PowerBI, and working with different areas of team to design
and implement new tools and processes that improve efficiency and enhance MI.

What will you do in this role?
* Partnering with reserving colleagues to document reporting and process
requirements.
* Prototype and develop processes to automate reports and improve the user
experience with interactive dashboards or on demand reporting.
* Communicate openly and often with all members of Global Reserving to
identify needs and pain points that can be improved by enhancing our data
processes, adding automation, or addressing current system shortcomings.
* Document and support transition to BTS or Data & Analytics for future
ownership which requires having an in-depth understanding of data systems
and how they relate to actuarial use.
* Support testing of any prototypes and/or tools moved to BTS or Data &
Analytics for production reporting.
* Support corporate initiatives related to data governance, data quality, and
BTS demand management.

nature of this role.

About You:

knowledge might lend itself to fulfilling this role and help us achieve our goals.

What you need to have:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* At least five years of industry experience as well as experience delivering data
for actuarial analytics and business intelligence solutions
* Firm understanding of insurance and actuarial concepts and terminology
* Advanced knowledge of management information systems, Excel, SQL
Server, ResQ/Unify, PowerBI, and VBA capabilities.

* Ability to work occasional extended hours and travel on business as required.
* Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.

In this role, you will typically be required to:

What we offer:

For this position, we currently expect to offer a base salary in the range of 150k-180k (IL). Your salary offer will be based on an assessment of a variety of factors including your
specific experience and work location.

In addition, you will be offered competitive target incentive compensation, with awards based on
overall corporate and individual performance. On top of this, you will be eligible for a comprehensive
and competitive benefits package which includes medical plans for you and your family, health and

Where this role is based in the United States of America, this role is Exempt for FLSA
