Responsible for the entire sequence of cutting and welding operations for a wide variety of repair and fabrication work. Aligns and welds components of metal tools, wires, fixtures and other metal products. May utilize different types of welding systems for different tasks. Maintains a safe work area and may train apprentices in the trade.

All Production Hourly Staff Must be able to perform the following:

• Able to perform repetitive tasks; high physical activity
• Able to bend, kneel, stoop, stand, reach, climb, twist and/or crawl
• Able to work in areas regularly exposed to high noise levels and vibration.
• Not afraid of heights
• Must be able to climb stairs and work atop a trailer regularly
• Able to lift and carry up to 49lbs often
• Report to work for the standard shift of 7:00am- 3:30pm (M-F)
