Job Description: Analyze program spends in order to develop and recommend improvements by NC (Tablet & PC) product categories and channel, based on profit and ROI analysis, historical performance data, and company strategic initiatives. Plan marketing and promotion spend allocations to validate ROI and in alignment with company and strategic goals. Collect bottoms-up financial forecasts for product categories for use in target planning and management planning by account. Assist with oversight of overall sales team's spend budget, shift budget across channels, and review final version with leadership. Institute improvements for budget/spend management across the organization, including data housing, communication, and forecast variance management. Perform program analysis of spend efficiency and identify improvements to marketing investments. Provide senior leadership with regular reporting, budget status, and financial metrics by category and channel spend analysis. Own monthly target planning budget forecast process of marketing and promotional activities and submit monthly forecast of channel spend in both excel and internal system. Facilitate communication between Channel Marketing/Account Managers/Marketing Managers on program spends and communicate budget amounts to each team. Manage external vendor invoicing and resolve invoicing errors, discrepancies, and disputes, including correct proof of performance and payment requests. Communicate process changes for budget management and guidance from leadership. Roving employment. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Finance, Business, Accounting, or closely related field.
