YOUR IMPACT

Join the fast-growing Enterprise Content Services team at OpenText, where we empower organizations to manage the full content lifecycle-from capture to insight. As a Solution Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of helping customers realize the value of their information through AI-powered content services. You'll work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities, build tailored solution demonstrations, and deliver compelling presentations that drive business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in customer-facing engagements and wants to directly shape how global enterprises unlock the power of their content.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Lead technical pre-sales engagements including workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer pain points and craft tailored solution strategies.

  • Translate C-level business initiatives into relevant content solutions using OpenText technologies.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on digital transformation and intelligent information management.

  • Deliver compelling technical and business-level presentations to varied audiences.

  • Build prototype demonstrations to showcase business impact and ROI.

  • Contribute to RFP responses and solution scoping.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Global Services to ensure alignment with customer needs.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 5+ years of customer-facing pre-sales experience focused on content lifecycle solutions

  • Experience both using and selling AI-powered content or analytics tools

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and present tailored solutions to technical and business audiences

  • Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management platforms and architectures

  • Familiarity with SAP and core business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.)

  • Experience engaging with Global Systems Integrators (EY, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.) is a plus

  • Confident leading presentations, product demonstrations, and proofs-of-concept

SALARY STATEMENT

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, and includes a competitive base salary, variable incentives, and participation in OpenText's comprehensive benefits package.
