Position Summary: The ECMO Educator is responsible for developing, maintaining, and evaluating training and education activities for mechanical circulatory support programs. This role provides direct clinical care to patients of all ages requiring mechanical circulatory support in critical care settings. The ECMO Educator also plays a key role in evaluating devices, establishing protocols in collaboration with ECMO Leadership, and monitoring program outcomes and trends through data management and benchmarking.
