Agile expertise *Description* We are seeking a Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead Agile Release Trains (ARTs) supporting Model-Based Engineering initiatives. This role will serve as a key liaison between the Digital Technology PMO and cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and delivery of complex, high-impact digital solutions. *Key Responsibilities:* Lead and facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops. Coordinate across multiple Agile teams to ensure timely delivery of MBE capabilities aligned with enterprise digital transformation goals. Represent the Digital Technology PMO, ensuring governance, reporting, and compliance with enterprise standards. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and removing systemic impediments, optimizing flow, and fostering a culture of relentless improvement. Collaborate with Product Management, System Architects, and Engineering stakeholders to align roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure value delivery. Track and communicate ART progress, risks, and metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders. Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and Agile teams on SAFe principles and best practices. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Agile program management, with at least 3 years as a Release Train Engineer or equivalent role. Nice to have: understanding of Model-Based Engineering (MBE) principles and digital product development in aerospace or a similar industry. Proven experience working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or VersionOne. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr.
