Regional Account Manager, North America

Job Summary

• Recommending and implementing comprehensive strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Developing and nurturing strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Gaining deep insights into customer ecosystems, including their strategies, brands, markets, and consumers.
• Monitoring industry trends and market movements
• Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution from concept to launch.
• Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong preference for candidates with U.S. market and category experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate activities across internal teams and with clients.
• Deep knowledge of industry trends, companies, and technologies, with a passion for flavors.
• Confident, dynamic, and enthusiastic professional who builds trust through consistent delivery.
• Experience leading multicultural teams.
• Strong IT acumen and ability to leverage data to enhance strategic account planning and performance.
• Preferred experience working with multinational companies in a global team environment.
