We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Internal Audit Technology Enablement Senior Manager to join our Internal Audit team.

Position Summary:
The Internal Audit Technology Enablement Senior Manager will play a critical leadership role in the development, maintenance, and strategic evolution of Crowe's proprietary Internal Audit software platform. This individual will be responsible for aligning the platform's capabilities with the needs of our diverse Internal Audit service lines, driving innovation, and positioning Crowe's technology solutions as a market differentiator.

In addition to day-to-day product oversight, this leader will guide future versions of the platform, champion the integration of Generative AI technologies, and optimize the use of Microsoft Power Platform, Teams, Copilot, and more. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong relationships across Risk Consulting leadership, technology teams, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the senior product owner for Crowe's Internal Audit technology platform, providing strategic direction and oversight across all product development initiatives.
  • Gather, synthesize, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders across Operational Audit, IT Audit, Cyber Audit, SOX, and Compliance Audit practices.
  • Lead the product roadmap planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives, emerging technologies, and market needs.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the software development team, ensuring delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions on schedule.
  • Guide the integration of advanced capabilities, including Generative AI technologies, to continually enhance user experience and business value.
  • Champion the use of Microsoft Power Platform, Teams, Copilot, and other tools, to further extend platform functionality.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with key Internal Audit and Firm leadership to advocate for platform capabilities and enhancements.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends in internal audit technology, applying insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee change management, training, and communication efforts associated with platform updates.
  • Mentor and develop team members, contributing to Crowe's culture of growth, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; major in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Internal Audit (public accounting, consulting, or industry).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in a software company or related software implementation service offering (e.g., product management, development, or implementation roles).
  • Proven success leading technology initiatives supporting audit or risk management functions.
  • Deep understanding of internal audit methodologies, standards, and technology needs.
  • Experience with Agile product development processes.
  • Strong experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Teams; familiarity with Copilot preferred.
  • Hands-on experience or strong understanding of Generative AI technologies highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional certifications (PMP, CIA, CISA, or equivalent) preferred.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $130,000.00 - $284,300.00 per year.
