Overview The Office of Force Resilience Subject Matter Expert (SME) provides high-level advisory and analytical support for force resilience support services. The Office of Force Resilience SME brings deep domain knowledge and experience in strengthening and promoting work force resiliency. This position will support specific task orders requiring expert insight and is expected to engage directly with senior government stakeholders and integrated project teams. Responsibilities The following duties reflect management's definition of essential functions for this job but do not restrict the tasks that might be assigned. Provide subject matter expertise in Office of Force Resilience, including strengthening and promoting the resiliency and readiness of the Total Force or other federal agency work force, through the development of integrated policies, oversight, and synchronization of activities in the areas of diversity management and equal opportunity, personnel risk reduction, suicide prevention, sexual assault prevention and response, and collaborative efforts with the Department of Veterans' Affairs or other federal agencies.
Qualifications Education and Experience:
Clearance Requirements: Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred or required based on task order. Location: Varies by task order. May include on-site at the Pentagon, Wright-Patterson AFB, or other federal sites. Remote work is possible based on client needs and approval.
