Senior Test Automation Engineer

• Create software testing requirements specifications and other technical documentation.
• Lead end-to-end test automation for public facing websites including marketing, eCommerce, and self-service.
• Automate testing by creating programs and scripts for our projects, focusing on digitizing the technological experience for our public safety customers.
• Contribute to AI/ML initiatives by evaluating and implementing AI-assisted development based solutions for the IT organization.
• Develop computer programs and test plans to test our main computer system linked to the planning, quoting, reporting, and systems.
• Create configuration changes in testing computer software and test scripts.
• Modify existing testing program and test scripts according to new software specifications.
• Perform unit testing and support customer acceptance test execution.
• Maintain historical records by documenting revisions to testing software program.
• Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the U.S.

Target Base Salary Range: $116,085 - $120,900 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

• Bachelors degree + 5 years experience or
• Masters degree + 2 years experience.
