As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will take on more complex responsibilities in optimizing processes and supporting new product development initiatives. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: You have a strong mechanical aptitude, 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering (or equivalent). You're highly analytical, using data to drive decisions and continuously improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You're comfortable reviewing drawings, troubleshooting parts and processes, and collaborating with design teams to ensure manufacturability. You thrive in both operations and new product development (NPD), balancing immediate production challenges with long-term improvements. You can juggle multiple priorities, from supporting the shop floor to leading process validations and cost-saving initiatives. Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering (required)
Experience
