ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

As our business evolves, we generate more data than ever - not just through systems like Dynamics CRM and SPIFF, but also through custom Excel trackers, PowerApps, and operational workflows. We're looking for a Senior Analyst who will lead the curation, structuring, and systemization of Sales Ops-owned data from creation to reporting.

This role is for someone who thrives at the intersection of business process, data governance, and system maturity. You'll help define what data we need, where it should live, how it's captured, and how it shows up in reporting - ensuring a clean path from field activity to enterprise insights.

OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

KPI & Metric Structure



  • Define and document shared KPIs and metric logic in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
  • Ensure metric logic is consistent across platforms (CRM, SleepSync, Power BI, SPIFF, GA, etc.).
  • Act as a source of truth for how metrics are calculated and maintained across teams.


Data Lifecycle Enablement



  • Partner with Sales Ops & Marketing stakeholders to define new data elements (e.g., program classifications, overlay roles, incentive criteria).
  • Guide business teams in structuring new data (even in Excel) with future reporting and CRM/EDP readiness in mind.
  • Help assess and promote curated data into Dynamics CRM or other structured systems.


System & Reporting Integration



  • Collaborate with CRM Product Owners to ensure field additions and workflows support downstream analytics and governance.
  • Partner with Sales Ops Reporting and Enterprise Data teams to scope and manage data ingestion into the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP).
  • Evaluate whether data should be systemized, temporary, or filtered out entirely.


Business Process Mapping & Role Enablement



  • Map data-related workflows such as rebate processing, segmentation logic, or quota tiering.
  • Create and maintain scalable documentation for Sales field roles, including responsibilities, data management expectations, and CRM/reporting implications.
  • Drive consistency and clarity across Sales Ops, Marketing, and Enterprise IS teams.


What Success Looks Like



  • Sales Ops-created data is governed, well-structured, and system-ready.
  • CRM and Power BI changes reflect scalable, intentional business logic.
  • Stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and IS collaborate through a shared data strategy framework.
  • Field roles, Sales & Marketing KPIs, and Sales Ops processes are documented, trusted, and repeatable.



WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO OUR GREAT TEAM

Required:



  • 8+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, CRM Strategy, or related roles
  • Deep understanding of CRM (preferably Dynamics), operational data flows, and reporting logic
  • Experience working with Excel-based trackers, custom data structures, and business-owned data
  • Strong skills in stakeholder alignment, process mapping, and cross-functional communication
  • Proven ability to translate between business needs and technical system design


Preferred:



  • Experience in MedTech, healthcare, or field-based sales organizations
  • Exposure to Power BI, Dynamics CRM, PowerApps, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Data Platforms (EDPs) and ingestion planning
  • Experience defining and governing KPI frameworks
  • Experience with SQL, M Code, Power Query

The salary for this position will be offered at a level consistent with the experience and qualifications of the candidate. This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position at the time of posting. The salary range may be modified in the future and actual compensation may vary from the posting based on various factors such as geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.

$106,000 $170,000 USD
