Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction and operations for offices, showrooms and DC's for adidas. This supports the successful implementation of "Creating the New" by supporting revenue growth, portfolio optimization and creating great workplaces to attract and retain top talent across the globe. To ensure a successful and sustainable Portfolio, Workplaces collaborates within an extensive network of internal / external stakeholders and industry experts to provide value added service. Design & Delivery teams within the larger Workplaces organization are dedicated to the successful planning, procurement, design, management, delivery, and documentation of construction projects for adidas offices, showrooms, labs/testing facilities, and distribution centers. In this Project Management role on the Design & Delivery team, you are expected to manage and deliver small and mid-scale Workplaces projects, as well as serve on teams delivering large-scale projects in the North America region (US and Canada) across brands and respective functions within standards of timeliness, cost efficiency & overall quality while successfully delivering on the customers' expectations and project requirements. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage to successfully deliver Workplaces design, construction or facility projects, end-to-end, up to 10M EUR.
- Serve as support on teams tasked to successfully deliver real estate design and construction projects, end-to-end, up to 25M EUR.
- Partner with Workplaces Administration and Finance team members to develop detailed and complete Project Briefs and Capital Allocation Request budget estimates in order to support funding of projects serving local business unit needs.
- Develop RFP scopes and content to facilitate selection of Project Management, Design Services, General Contractor (Preconstruction, Demolition, Construction), Furniture, Fixturing, Audiovisual, Tech/IT, Security, Branding and other vendor partners in collaboration with Non-Trade Procurement (NTP) and Global Business Services (GBS)
- Submit ProcureEasy requests in NTPDatabase to secure NTP/GBS support for all RFPs and Tenders
- Support and collaborate with NTP, GBS, and Legal in contract negotiation, vendor rostering and onboarding.
- Meet regularly with NTP and GBS to advise of upcoming needs and confirm resourcing.
- Manage PO Requests and subsequent Change Orders with Workplace Administration specialists.
- Support and onboard Third-Party Project Managers as collaborators for successful project delivery.
- Manage Invoice Control through timely review and submission of project vendor invoices.
- Support Workplace Administration and Finance through ensuring accurate monthly delivery of accrual reporting and budget tracker updates, including forecasts and cashflows for all projects.
- Develop and manage budgets and schedules for projects according to provided guidelines.
- Compile, analyse and prepare data from different tools for reports as requested.
- Implement and ensure compliance to CRE and HSEE (Health, Safety, Energy & Environment) policies and Workplaces project management standards.
- Manage all project data and documentation, ensuring project documents are approved, completed, maintained, and stored appropriately in approved Sharepoint file structures and locations.
- Think globally and cross-functionally in order to identify project dependencies and their impact, raise dependency issues with the project sponsor and co-create solutions.
- Support the change management approach for projects and ensure changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.
- Finalize all workstream activities across the projects to formally close and hand over the project,
- Form and lead multi-functional project team resources (internals and externals) to deliver and support projects and programs.
- Lead, agenda, and document weekly or bi-weekly Workstreams meetings with all project stakeholders, advising all team members of updates and action items for their respective Workstreams - providing team members/direct reports with clear direction and targets that are aligned with business needs and CRE objectives.
- Obtain and file all permit and other AHJ approvals, close-out packages, as-built drawings, lien releases, certificates of occupancy, specification and warranty manuals and store as reference documents in approved and confirmed Sharepoint locations.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Project Management or equivalent education
- 5 years of work experience and minimum 2 years of experience in the direct management of construction projects including budget control, estimating, design, construction coordination and project scheduling.
