Infotech is seeking a Lead for Contracts Management to administer, draft, review, negotiate, and manage company-wide contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies, mitigate risks, and streamline processes.

What you'll do

As the Lead for Contracts Managements, you will be primarily responsible for the administration, drafting, review, negotiation, and management of company-wide contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies, mitigate risks, and streamline processes. In this leadership role, you will provide critical contract support to internal stakeholders and serve as a subject matter expert in contract drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management. You will also serve an integral part in maintaining Infotech's compliance standards and supporting organizational objectives through effective contract management.

In this role, you will:



  • Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including service agreements, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including initiation, negotiation, approval, execution, renewal, and close-out, while maintaining meticulous records.
  • Records Management: Maintain an organized system of physical and digital records, serving as the manager of Ironclad, Infotech's cloud-based contract management solution of choice.
  • Contract Maintenance: Review and update existing contracts as required to reflect changes in regulations, operational procedures, or strategic objectives, working closely with internal stakeholders and legal counsel to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Risk Mitigation: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for contracts, recommending strategies to minimize potential liabilities.


QUALIFICATIONS

You must have



  • Bachelor's degree in related field and 4 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Ironclad Contract Management software or other cloud-based contract management solutions.


We'd like you to have



  • 4+ years progressive experience with software, SaaS and contract management, including project and software development standards and guidelines.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts, familiarity with accounting procedures, and a basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain procedures.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret legal documents, financial reports, and technical documents.
  • Excellent writing skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to spot errors.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and occupational, safety, and federal and state contracting and procurement regulations and contract law.
  • Ability to apply arithmetic concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to real scenarios.
  • Hands on experience administering contracts in a fast paced environment.
