Description Acara Solutions is seeking a
Talent Ops Business Analyst to work with our client headquartered in Boston, MA.
Pay: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Job Type: 6-month contract
Overview
As a Talent Ops Contractor, you will be part of a team that is transforming the way our Talent Acquisition Team operates. You will work cross-functionally across the Talent Operations team as well as with our broader TA stakeholders. You'll be responsible for a number of key data hygiene efforts within recruiting by managing a number of hiring transactions and auditing processes. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong organization and communication skills, curiosity and determination to investigate the root of an issue, unparalleled attention to detail, and enjoy working in a team environment.
About this role (Responsibilities):
* Support our global Talent Ops strategy for Toast's business lines.
* Own various behind-the-scenes TA transactions to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
* Identify trends & takeaways from the audits we conduct & the data we gather, using that information to drive suggestions for process improvements that drive efficiency.
* Provide guidance to stakeholders who need assistance with process issues.
* Addressing a high volume of system-related transactions within a set SLA while maintaining a positive stakeholder experience.
* Map out & assess current processes and identify opportunities for scalable improvements.
* Create detailed process documentation Job Requirements - Minimum of 2 years experience working in Talent Acquisition or People Operations in a role involving data management and general understanding of the employee life cycle.
* Outstanding sense of judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential and highly sensitive People data.
* Able to manage priorities and work independently to deliver work within deadlines.
* Strong communicator, service-oriented and able to collaborate with a team.
* Strong Microsoft experience
