Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer / SDET to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with test automation for both web and mobile platforms, be proficient in Java and JavaScript, and have a solid understanding of CI/CD practices, DevOps tools, and software development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run daily regression tests and analyze test failures across platforms.
- Write and maintain automation scripts for mock and live feature testing.
- Set up and manage mock servers and static mock data.
- Conduct product validation bi-weekly to verify product availability via APIs.
- Perform UI testing for web and mobile applications using Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and other tools.
- Collaborate with the build team to resolve Jenkins pipeline failures.
- Execute and validate Analytics testing and API Health Checks.
- Maintain test repositories in JIRA & Zephyr.
- Utilize JUnit/TestNG/NUnit for unit and integration testing.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Groovy scripting.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure high software quality standards.

API Testing:
- RESTful web services.
- API health check and analytics validation
Databases:
- SQL: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle.
- NoSQL: MongoDB, DynamoDB
Tools & Platforms:
- JIRA, Zephyr.
- Jira Service Management.
- ITSM/IT support experience
Educational & Professional Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Prior experience in software development, software testing, and automation engineering.
