Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with expertise in both web and mobile (iOS & Android) application testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily web QA releases and biweekly mobile releases. The role involves planning and executing test cases, validating features, reporting issues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in QA planning, test case creation, and test execution across web and mobile platforms.
- Validate user stories and features for completeness and correctness.
- Perform feature testing, regression testing, and sanity checks on both platforms.
- Support daily Web QA releases and biweekly Mobile releases.
- Use debugging tools like ADB, Logcat, and StackTrace for issue diagnosis.
- Conduct browser-based testing using developer tools.
- Utilize HTTP Proxy tools such as Charles Proxy or Fiddler to capture and analyze network traffic.
- Provide timely and accurate QA status reports and sign-offs.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in mobile application testing on iOS and Android.
- Proficient with web testing techniques and browser dev tools.
- Hands-on experience with Charles Proxy, Fiddler, and other HTTP debugging tools.
- Familiarity with mobile development tools such as Android Studio and Xcode.
- Experience using ADB, Logcat, and crash reporting tools.
- Solid understanding of QA processes, test planning, and test documentation.
- Ability to write and maintain test cases and test plans.
- Excellent communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to IT operations, system administration, network proxy, or infrastructure management is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
