Producer III

OVERVIEW:

* As an Email Production Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end assembly and execution of email campaigns distributed globally across a range of content types.

* You will be expected to complete and thoroughly test and QA campaign setups, content, and revisions quickly and accurately.

* You will work closely with editorial, design, localization, programming, and regional marketing teams on each project.

* Collaborate effectively with copywriters, designers, international marketing leads, and a broad group of cross-functional partners to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.

* You will be part of an Email Marketing and Production team that manages email production services across multiple lines of business, including music, video streaming, gaming, and digital marketplaces.

* The team includes 8+ individuals who are collectively responsible for approximately 60 global campaigns per week.

TOP SKILLS:

1. 
   

   3+ years of experience in email campaign production, including gathering assets, assembling emails, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely turnaround when materials are missing.

   
   
2. 
   

   Proven ability to manage a workload of 5-8 campaigns per week.

   
   
3. 
   

   Experience building emails using enterprise-level email service providers such as MailChimp, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign Manager, or similar tools.

   
   
4. 
   

   Proficient in HTML and CSS, with an understanding of how to apply code in email production-for example, formatting text, applying styling, and ensuring correct tagging. Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving rendering issues across email clients and platforms.

   Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams to drive projects to completion, including proactively following up to gather information.

   
   
6. 
   

   Highly detail-oriented and comfortable peer reviewing; responsible for reviewing your own work and ensuring the accuracy of others' emails before deployment.

   Familiarity with Apple products and comfortable working on Mac systems in a professional environment.

   Strong collaboration and team skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.

• This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA and requires hybrid work on-site
• The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $56 - $66 per hour
