Position is 20 hours to 30 hours per week with flexible scheduling as the position will extend into the academic school year.

Job Summary

Works in a collaborative team environment with direction and support from teammates. Responsible for helping the team coordinate market research and analyze survey data. This includes helping to send surveys to members, as well as analyzing data and verbatim comments.

Essential Functions
  • Maintains accountability for completing support tasks as directed.

  • Maintains clear and appropriate documentation of actions taken.

  • Analyzes department processes and other Corewell Health systems encountered and makes recommendations improvements, as appropriate.

  • Participates in quality monitoring activities and process improvement activities.

  • Communicates, collaborates, and acts as a team player with others to ensure continuity and coordination of services.

  • Analyzes member survey data and verbatims

  • Initiates phone calls pertaining to survey data

Qualifications

Required

  • Enrolled in a university pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in area of accountability.

  • May also be a recent graduate from an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program.

  • Ability to communicate well and work well in a team setting.

Preferred

  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Power Point, and SPSS experience
