ACA and Medicaid Associate Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

This role is responsible for supporting the execution of key marketing and communications initiatives aimed at marketing to ACA and Medicaid markets. The ideal candidate is passionate about product marketing and thrives in an environment that values agility, continuous learning, and a strong sense of teamwork and shared goals. Experience supporting marketing tactics such as email, direct mail, organic social, video and web content, as well as the ability to project manage and execute, will set you apart from others. This individual will support the execution of our ACA and Medicaid marketing strategy and support fostering a best-in-class experience for Priority Health enrollees.

Essential Functions
  • Implementation of marketing and communications strategies, initiatives, and campaigns.

  • Manage key initiatives and projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.

  • Oversee the development and production of materials and outputs ensuring adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and budgets

  • Serve as point-of-contact for assigned projects and partner with key areas of the business across the Priority Health organization.

  • Supporting the execution of marketing strategy for ACA and Medicaid membership.

  • Ability to take projects from start to finish, working independently or on a project team.

  • Must be able to anticipate challenges, provide timely updates and proactively problem solve to offer alternative solutions.

  • Manage the completion of day to day tasks such as updating documents, creating presentations, project tracking.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree marketing, business administration, or related field

  • 2 years of experience in marketing or related role

Preferred

  • Strong cross-functional communications skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and resolve conflicts internally and externally

  • Proven experience in project management

  • Relevant experience in marketing or related role
