We are seeking an experienced and people-focused healthcare leader who thrives in dynamic environments to serve as our next Multi-Specialty Clinic Manager overseeing the Edgewater and Boulder Creek Primary Care Clinics within Salem Health Medical Group. As the manager of these two growing family medicine clinics, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, overseeing daily workflow, patient experience, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance. With support from supervisors, you'll partner closely with medical directors to lead performance improvement efforts while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and problem solving. This position plays a critical role in driving the stability and long-term success of these thriving clinics.
