- HS Diploma or equivalent plus ten (10) years related experience or BA/BS Seven (7) plus years related experience
- Active Secret Clearance

Experience Required
|
- Prior Military experience required; prior NSW experience required.
- Ten (10) plus years of experience with logistics management.
- Six (6) plus years of experience with NSW logistics with a minimum of two (2) years of Sensitive Activities logistics experience.
- MS Office Suite PC skills are a requirement including proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Experienced with and capable of analysis and interpretation of technical data (e.g., technical drawings, technical data, specifications, etc.)
- Experience with submarine, surface ships, NSW operations, Navy logistics and Non- Standard SOCOM Logistics
- Ten (10) plus years' experience with RSUPPLY, BIZFLOW, and DPAS as an active senior user or administrator

Job Objective
Will provide logistic Technical and SME support to the Dry Combat Submersible (DCS) and Dry Deck Shelter (DDS) Program at Naval Special Warfare Group 8 - Information Maneuver Division (IMD-8).
Responsibilities
- Assist in establishment and maintenance of all logistician processes for the DCS/DDS programs.
- Assist in the set up and development of the logistician processes required to support applicable programs.
- Compile logistical support information, to include demand history, historical tracking, and current validation of item through the non-standard provisioning process.
- Provide reports containing repair parts data, usage, demand, change notices.
- Validate parts to identify deficiencies and to enable sustainability of procurement systems.
- Conduct analysis of technical and logistics data and create relevant reports, briefings, and documents to the senior executive or 06 level.
- Support regularly scheduled work and tasks as well as urgent short notice tasks and events.
- Manage parts and materials inventories.
- Be prepared to self-start and manage daily tasks and schedules as directed by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or Technical Contracting Officer Representative (TCOR.)
- Operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs. Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point. Enter data into multiple databases accurately. 4.1.5 Enter data into multiple databases accurately.
- Possess an excellent work ethic.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pay attention to detail and be highly accurate in performing tasks.
- Perform duties independently, with minimal oversight.
- Be able to write correspondence in a military format, when necessary.
- Be able to work in an environment that is fast paced, completing multiple tasks, and meeting stringent timelines.
- Dress will be casual business attire.
- Enter data into multiple databases and ensure data is maintained.
- Ensure consistency and appropriate cross-referencing for newly entered and previously entered data.
- Retrieve data and use data to respond to a variety of customer and vendor inquiries.
- Compile and analyze data to identify trends, deficiencies, and accomplishments related to the assigned programs.
- Perform research to determine reasons for patterns of transaction errors and failures.
- Research problems surfaced by customers; resolve issues or route to appropriate Government personnel with information setting forth research findings.
