Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Product Owner to define and prioritize the product backlog.
* Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends and insights.
* Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
* Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure product quality.
* Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and actionable product backlog.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Team Composition:
* Product Owner: Business-led
* Salesforce Developers: Onshore and offshore
* Salesforce QA Testers: Offshore
* Salesforce Business Analysts: Onshore
* Product Analyst: You!

Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Product Analyst or similar role in Agile environments.
* Proven experience supporting Salesforce CRM implementations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors.
* Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) preferred.

Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud and AppExchange integrations.
* Experience in utility or energy sector CRM projects is a plus.
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to evolving priorities.
