JOB MISSION:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will create,buildand support global applications for the D365 ERP SCM/Procure To Pay team, that will help to drive New Balance to be a Top 3 Global Athletic Brand. This will be accomplished through the development, planning and implementation of strategic and responsive technical initiatives that support consistent business growth, expand marketshareand strengthen brand equity and reputation.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Own and deliver complete features across their entire software lifecycle

  • Understand the feature requirements and translate them to complete design specifications.

  • Work cross-discipline to help shape the owned features.

  • Write well designed, high quality testable code.

  • Integrate software components into a fully functional software solution.

  • Document and maintain software functionality.

  • Comply with project plans and industry standards.

  • Debug and investigate live-site issues to ensure proper availability of SCM/P2P solution.

  • Contribute to team-wide fundamentals/infrastructure investments.

  • Investigate and prototype new technologies and framework

  • Foster a culture of agile, innovative, and customer-focused within the team

REQUIRMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • 3-5 Years development experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations required, experience developing in Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

  • BS or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent, 5+ years of development experience in relevant technologies (Object-oriented development, X++, SQL, GitHub, Azure, Azure DevOps)

  • Strong software engineering skills across all phases of software development lifecycle.

  • Solid problem-solving, debugging and troubleshooting skills.

  • Good communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to understand unfamiliar code bases, debug client and service side applications.

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks completely and independently.

  • Ability to generate clarity in ambiguous situations

Flexible Work Schedule

New Balance Associates currently work in office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
