*Description*
Responsibilities * Assist with the development, production, and execution of social media content * Partner with internal stakeholders and team members across social media programs to ensure alignment and coordination of content * Responsible for executing the legal review and retention processes for social media content to ensure all posts are compliant * Assist with pulling metrics and reporting to help analyze the performance of social media content * Lead editorial calendars execution, intake processes and workflows to support always-on social media programs. * Identify opportunities and make recommendations to interact and engage with comments from our community *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Qualifications * 5+ years of work experience * 2+ years of experience of coordinating digital marketing, ideally social media programs. * 2-3 years of strong project management experience * Ability to work well within highly collaborative, multidisciplinary teams across various departments. * Knowledge of the social media landscape and how to use each social media platform to generate results. * Understanding of social media metrics. * Strong written and verbal skills; excellent interpersonal and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram * Experience with social tools such as Khoros, Sprinklr or HootSuite * Experience working in Microsoft SharePoint * Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably financial services * Experience with social media community management *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
