We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our textbook store, the official online bookstore for high schools nationwide. In this role, you will assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. You'll provide end-user support through email, phone, and instant messaging, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer, school, and client inquiries via email and phone (approximately 70% email, 30% phone). * Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism. * Process orders and perform accurate data entry. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Required Skills * 1.5-2+ years of proven customer service experience. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive). * High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Comfortable handling a high volume of emails and calls.
