OverviewWe are seeking a strategic Senior Human Resources (HR) Business Partner to join our HR team and partner closely with the Windows and Devices (W+D) organization. The W+D team is dedicated to empowering every person on the planet to achieve more by delighting our customers through every aspect of the Windows ecosystem, providing secure and trusted solutions and best in class experiences through Copilot+ PCs. The organization is comprised of teams contributing at all layers in the client computing stack including Windows, Silicon, Devices and Supply Chain. This role will be pivotal in driving organizational design and enhancing leadership team effectiveness. The Senior HR Business Partner, Windows & Devices will have a background in HR, with a focus on strategic talent management, organizational development, and leadership coaching. ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnership: Collaborate with business executives, leaders, and teams to develop strategies that drive productivity and growth. Ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with overall business objectivesOrganization Design: Lead the development and implementation of organization design initiatives to improve business performance. Assess and diagnose organizational issues and design solutions that align with business strategyLeadership Team Effectiveness: Work closely with leadership teams to enhance their effectiveness. Develop and implement interventions that improve team performance and address gaps in executionTalent Management: Partner with Talent Management to translate business priorities into talent management outcomes. Develop strategic talent plans and lead the execution of holistic people plansChange Management: Define the direction and scope of change initiatives and lead the implementation of change management strategiesEmployee Development: Lead the development and implementation of talent development plans for critical talent. Drive employee growth and development through effective performance management and coaching.Embody our culture and values
