The Role

QuidelOrtho is seeking a Global Website Marketing Specialist accountable for executing and optimizing the company's global web presence to support brand awareness, customer engagement and business performance. This role ensures that QuidelOrtho's global website delivers high-value, compliant content and seamless user experiences that reflect our brand and meet the needs of prospective and current customers.

This position collaborates closely with the Global Marketing & Corporate Communications (GM&CC) team, regional marketing, business units, IT and external vendors to execute content updates, support digital campaign execution and enhance site performance through analytics-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), digital content operations and a strong understanding of web best practices including accessibility, SEO and performance optimization.

This position is based remotely.

The Responsibilities

Website Content Management & Execution

  • Collaborate with the Web Platforms & Analytics Manager and key stakeholders to support large-scale web initiatives within an Agile framework, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery of project milestones.

  • Execute updates to the corporate website using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including page builds, content publishing and asset management.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate content updates that align with global marketing strategies and product campaigns.

  • Collaborate with UX/design and development teams to implement new web features, templates and experiences that enhance engagement and usability.

  • Support localization and global deployment of content across multiple regional domains, ensuring brand and message consistency.

  • Ensure content accuracy, regulatory compliance and timely publishing for new product launches and campaign initiatives.

Digital Experience Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Siteimprove to identify insights and recommend optimization strategies.

  • Implement SEO best practices and contribute to site structure enhancements to improve discoverability and user experience.

  • Work with marketing and digital teams to set up and optimize campaign landing pages, A/B testing and conversion tracking.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital technologies, web trends and best practices to inform strategy and enhance user experience.

Governance, Training & Enablement

  • Support web governance, documentation and internal best practices across global teams.

  • Assist in training regional users or content contributors on AEM processes and workflows.

  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal processes related to web content development and maintenance

  • Perform other duties as assigned

The Individual

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Marketing and/or Design or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in website marketing or digital content management, preferably in a B2B or healthcare environment

  • Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is required

  • Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, diagnostics, pharma, etc.) and understanding of digital compliance standards

  • Strong familiarity with digital analytics tools and ability to turn insights into actions

  • Experience working in Agile methodology and using platforms such as Azure DevOps and JIRA are preferred

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality and compliance

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines

  • Excellent organizational, collaboration and communication skills

  • Working knowledge of SEO, accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and user experience principles

  • Experience with cross-functional project teams and global content deployment or an equivalent competency level acquired through a variation of these qualifications may be considered

The Key Working Relationships

Internal Customers: Global Marketing & Corporate Communications, Business Units, IT, Compliance, Regional Marketing Teams, Legal/Privacy

External Customers: Creative and digital agencies, web development vendors, translation/localization vendors, CMS and analytics tool providers

The Work Environment

  • No strenuous physical activity, though occasional light lifting of files and related materials is required. 30% of time in meetings, working with team, or talking on the phone, 70% of the time at the desk on computer, doing analytical work.

  • Travel up to 10%

Salary Transparency

The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on that facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 and is bonus eligible. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time) and paid Holidays. All benefits are non-contractual, and QuidelOrtho may amend, terminate, or enhance the benefits provided, as it deems appropriate.
