POSITION SUMMARYThis position will oversee candidate communication post offer for our warehouse associates. This will include scheduling drug screens, background check follow up, and candidate scheduling and processing for hire. This position performs direct recruiting functions necessary to hire hourly associates. Provides administrative support to Talent Acquisition Manager with their recruiting needs.

This is a 90 day temp assignment with the possibility of extension based on business need and performance.

This will be a hybrid role based in Appleton WI, in office 4 days per week. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop strong knowledge of the company, it's culture, benefits, products, and services in order to establish appropriate medium to sell the company, the culture, and career opportunities to prospective candidates
  • Perform phone screens and on-site interviews support as needed to hire the best and the brightest candidates for hourly positions
  • Administer pre-hire testing, tracking and retesting as appropriate
  • Perform reference checks on selected interview candidates, including MVR reports and criminal background checks as appropriate
  • Schedule and monitor drug screen results for potential new hires
  • Provide recruiting related administrative support (i.e. Interview scheduling, and requisition review)
  • Maintain recruiting information on SharePoint and assist with document updates.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma plus 3-5 years of administrative or other related experience. Recruiting experience a plus
  • Proficient use of multiple software programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Must be able to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow through on commitments
  • Ability to project a positive image to internal and external candidates
  • Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication, including proper use of English, grammar and punctuation in business correspondence, is necessary
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines are crucial
  • Possess high integrity, loyalty, compassion, and maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information
