Job Description

Kearney is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! The Administrative Assistant will provide support to senior employees at Kearney. Additional responsibilities will be performed as listed.

  • Prepare expense reports for Senior Partner(s) and Partner(s); assist with weekly and monthly reporting
  • Manage travel arrangements for Partners, including team travel coordination, passport renewals, visas, and international documentation
  • Collect, organize, interpret, and summarize data as requested
  • Schedule meetings and working sessions; reserve conference rooms and coordinate conference calls
  • Provide backup support to the C-Suite Executive Assistant
  • Support company-wide events as needed, including assistance with contracts and purchasing
  • Attend all company-wide events in support of the Events Team
  • Assist with event coordination (e.g., data entry, ticket organization, logistics)
  • Run errands and deliveries for senior leadership and event staff as needed
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment and a willingness to take on new projects
  • Proactively manage shifting priorities and deadlines
  • Maintain clear communication and keep the Executive Assistant and Partners informed of progress, timelines, and potential issues.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be organized, detail and task oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma required
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in senior level administrative role
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Microsoft Office suite is required, e. Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel - candidate must have advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Candidate must possess the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret level security clearance (requires US Citizenship)

The expected salary range for this position is between $60k and $75k. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
