Description Acara Solutions is looking for a Warehouse Worker for our client in Plainfield, IN.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and shipping products, materials, equipment and parts in the shipping department.
* This position will involve general warehouse assignment include computer use and the ability to operate a reach truck/stand up forklift.
* Work environment is clean, brightly lit, and well-organized.
* Temperature controlled facility with majority of work is done in a refrigerated environment of 40 degrees F and a freezer of 5 degrees F.
Pay and Benefits:
* 1st shift: $17.00 an hour (M-F 5am to 1:30pm) Up to 2 hours of mandatory overtime when requested
* Health, dental, vision insurance, 401K, PTO accrual and holiday pay
Additional Information:
* Position may require more than 40 hours per week and some Saturday shifts.
* Upon offer of employment, individual will be subject to background and drug screen. Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications:
*High school diploma or GED
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
* General warehouse experience
* Ability to have good communication skills both written and oral
* Open to be certified and use reach truck
