Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Little Rock, AR. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Responsible for planning and conducting independent work requiring judgment in evaluating, selecting, applying, and adapting engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
  • Devise new approaches to problems, prepare or modify drawings, specifications, calculations, charts, and graphs, and monitor work for compliance with applicable codes, accepted engineering practices, and standards.
  • Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules may be subject to change to meet company needs and business requirements.
  • Troubleshooting day-to-day maintenance in the plant.
  • Successfully implementing maintenance and reliability systems throughout the plant: PM, TPM, Workplace Organization.
  • Training of Engineers and Technicians related to Maintenance techniques, Job Safety Analysis, Lockout & Tags.
  • Upgradation of the equipment for debottlenecking the process.
  • Implementation of SAP.
  • Implement OSHA standards in the work culture to achieve zero recordable injuries.
  • Inspect construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications.
  • Direct maintenance personnel and workers engaged in equipment installation, facility equipment repair, and preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain the clean & safe work environment.
  • Performs preventive maintenance on equipment.
  • Liaison with different departments.
  • Maintaining the spares for preventive & breakdown maintenance.
  • Directly supervises a team of five to eight employees in the electrical Maintenance department.
  • Carries out managerial responsibilities in the absence of the department manager by the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Additional responsibilities not listed here may be assigned at times.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $85000 - $110000/year.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in PLC programming, control & communication systems, VFD control, HMI & Scada of Siemens, Fanuc.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
