PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for the estimating and commercial management of all major project activity within the Existing Installation line of business. In addition to major project activity management this position will be establishing and maintaining relationships with key decision makers at leading Property Management & Consulting firms to support the ongoing identification and sale of major projects. In addition, the position provides ongoing support to Area/Territory Sales Managers and Sales Representatives in local markets to secure identified major projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: What you bring
