We are looking for a seasonedBusiness Systems Analyst IIIwith deep expertise inOracle EPM Cloudto join our expandingEnterprise Performance Management (EPM) Systemsteam. In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Oracle EPM solutions that support financial planning, consolidation, and reporting. You'll work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure the system aligns with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the configuration, administration, and enhancement of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, PCMS, Narrative Reporting, and EDMCS. Translate business needs into technical solutions through detailed requirements gathering and analysis. Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to improve budgeting, forecasting, and reporting workflows. Manage data integrations between Oracle EPM and other enterprise platforms. Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and support to promote system adoption and best practices. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts. Liaise with Oracle Support to resolve technical issues and ensure system stability. Maintain a strong understanding of interdependencies within the Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem. Stay informed on new Oracle EPM features and recommend enhancements to existing processes. Provide timely support to business users and assist with on-premises Hyperion Essbase applications when needed. Conduct data analysis to ensure accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement. Define and document system requirements, identify process inefficiencies, and support compliance through testing and validation. Generate advanced reports and dashboards based on data analysis and user feedback. Serve as a subject matter expert, offering technical support and guidance across departments. Qualifications Bachelor's degreeand4+ yearsof experience in systems support, analytics, or operations support OR High school diploma/GEDand8+ yearsof relevant experience Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM solutions Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud modules (Planning, PCMS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting, Freeform, etc.) Proficiency in scripting and automation for process optimization Experience with Hyperion Essbase Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles; financial services experience is a plus Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, and IT Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
