- marketing strategiesby identifying and understanding customer needs, collaborating with Applications teams to showcase ingredient solutions, and partnering with Sales to coordinate cross-functional activities for key customer events and presentations.
- Manage marketing support requestsby ensuring all activities are entered and tracked in Salesforce (SFDC) for visibility and alignment.
- Develop compelling marketing assetsincluding value propositions, customer-facing presentations, and one-pagers to support new initiatives and drive engagement.
- Lead regional growth initiativesfrom concept through launch, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and timely execution of campaigns and materials.
- Act as a category expertby conducting market analysis using subscription databases and internal metrics, with a primary focus on the Culinary category and support for other food and beverage segments.
- Identify trends and white space opportunitiesto inform innovation and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Manage the North America Showpad channel, ensuring content is current, relevant, and aligned with regional marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and update showcase pages, uploading new assets and retiring outdated materials to keep marketing content fresh and effective.
- Ensure seamless executionby working across teams to align on timelines, deliverables, and strategic goals for marketing initiatives.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Food Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the food ingredients or CPG industry.
- Proficient knowledge of all aspects of the culinary category
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work with urgency, take initiative, and own projects from start to finish.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC), Showpad, Nielsen IQ, Euromonitor, Mintel and digital asset management tools like Bynder.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
