Title: General Laborer Location: Kingsland, GA 31548 Duration: Temp-to-Hire (after 520 hours min.) Shift Timings: Standard Pay Rate:17.75$/hr on w2 without benefits Role & Responsibilities: Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Assist skilled tradespeople (e.g., carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with their duties. Operate basic tools and equipment, such as drills, saws, and hammers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site. Load and unload construction materials and equipment. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Support the setup and dismantling of temporary structures, scaffolding, and barricades. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or foreman. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Prior experience in construction or general labor (preferred but not required). Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects (up to [weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]). Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow instructions. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety guidelines. Working Conditions: Work is performed on construction sites, which may involve exposure to loud noises, dust, and varying weather conditions.
