Job Description

Position Summary
Oversee and maintain the Washington Gas (WG) Learning Management System (LMS) and confirm compliance with and appropriate documentation of all required training and Operator Qualifications. Work with stakeholders to launch and track online course content.

You Will:

  • Manage the Washington Gas Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Collaborate to maintain MuleSoft, Workday, and other system integrations/connectors.

  • Maintain appropriate administrator accounts and access.

  • Setup and edit assignment profiles.

  • Schedule course offerings.

  • Design and generates reports to evaluate and maintain compliance.

  • Train users/stakeholders on system functionality.

  • Coordinate with vendors and WG IT services regarding upgrade implementations, troubleshooting, access issues.

  • Maintain testing and mobile technology devices.

  • Partner closely with Business unit leaders, subject matter experts, instructors, and others to determine the most effective learning approach.

  • Upload online course content.

  • Ensure data integrity and validation through planned system audits and back-ups.

  • Manage team technology devices.

  • Assist with proctoring of examinations.

  • Support Technical Training and Education Technology Team as required.

You Have:

  • Associate's degree in human resources, business, information or educational technology or related field required with 4 years' work experience in database management, technology or related field (without an undergraduate degree); LMS Experience preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree may substitute for 2 years of the required work experience.

  • Working knowledge/experience of a Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SuccessFactors, Workday etc.

  • Demonstrated QA testing skills.

  • Demonstrated project planning and management skills, including the ability to coordinate diverse activities, set timelines, budgets, specifications and complete projects on time and within budget.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships with business partners, supervisors and peers.

  • Demonstrated ability to present ideas logically and concisely to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.

  • Working knowledge or ability to come up to speed with online delivery tools, such as Flash, Articulate and HTML.

  • Proven ability to use computer software and applications, including Microsoft Office applications, to share, retrieve, research and present business information.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000 - $113,250 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
