Job Description

You Will:

  • Review training program in collaboration with other Training Specialists.

  • Implement various initiatives to improve the quality of existing training programs and modules (manuals).

  • Deliver technical training to employees.

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides technical support to employees.

  • Monitor and tracks employee and contractor qualifications.

  • Ensure compliance with required training by reviewing the training schedule.

  • Utilize Learning Management software to update, maintain and retrieve training records.

  • Design training programs.

  • Design reports to summarize training results.

  • Lead cross-functional project teams to identify needs and create learning solutions.

  • Collaborate with leaders throughout the company to create learning solutions plans.

  • Provide insight and ideas to solve performance challenges

  • Implements various initiatives to improve the quality of existing training programs and modules (manuals).

  • Develop technical reference guides.

  • Monitor employee and contractor qualifications.

  • Facilitate training schedules to maintain compliance, and productivity

  • Participate in various operation committees.

  • External Interactions with local, state, and federal agencies.

You Have:

  • H.S. Diploma required.

  • 5+ years of experience in natural gas industry; training experience preferred required.

  • 5+ years of training experience; natural gas industry experience preferred.

  • Working knowledge of pipeline safety (Part 192), OSHA and state/local codes.

  • Ability to proficiently operate a variety of computer software for presentation purposes, and to share, retrieve and research business information and data.

  • Ability to effectively present information and interpretation of regulations in a concise manner.

  • Ability to establish excellent rapport and mutual respect with business partners to effectively carry out work responsibilities.

  • Ability to write and present diverse ideas in a logical and concise manner.

  • Demonstrate leadership ability.

  • Demonstrate ability to present ideas logically and concisely to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $78,000 - $113,250 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skills. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
