About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service to join ourGPSSales Operations who will partner with Sales Team to support customers in theMobile ElectronicMarket.This is a temporary role with19months contract.

This role will be located at our facility inSouthKorea.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide outstanding customer support
  • Communicated effectively with sales people, customers and other key stakeholders
  • Create, manage and follow up on quotations
  • Manage the end-to-end order process, proactivelyresolvingissuesrelated toManufacturingplants, logistics, and warehouse
  • FCST and Inventory management
  • Administer andprovide ongoing support for E-Commerce platforms
  • Coordinate and balance customer needs at Gore
  • Understand and follow established procedures/guidelines
  • AssistwithAccount Receivable collections andsupportFinance audit
  • Provide customer service and phone support as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalents
  • Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service experience in B2B environment
  • Has experience using CRM and ERP systems (SAP/ Oracle knowledge helpful)
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Responsible, approachable, and demonstrate strong team collaboration skills
  • Positive attitude, fast learner and adaptable to change
  • Ability to work independently and perform well under pressure
