We have an opening for a Senior Manager, Procurement Business Intelligence and Operations.

The Senior Manager, Procurement Business Intelligence and Operations plays a critical role in transforming procurement through data, insights, and streamlined processes. This leader is responsible for overseeing procurement analytics, performance metrics, technology strategy, and operational excellence to drive value across global sourcing functions.

In this capacity, the Senior Manager, Procurement Business Intelligence and Operations will:

  • Lead and manage the procurement analytics team to deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and KPI reporting across the procurement lifecycle;
  • Develop and own reporting on procurement achievements including cost savings/cost avoidance success, efficiency improvements, payment channel strategy success etc.;
  • Partner with Sourcing and SRM leads to identify opportunities for cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier optimization;
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement operations through process mapping, automation, and standardization;
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across procurement systems and reporting tools;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, IT, and Supply Chain to align procurement strategy with broader business goals; and
  • Develop procurement performance reporting, gather metrics and communicate to executive leadership, highlighting opportunities for innovation and efficiency.

Proficiencies:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills;
  • Experience in a global or matrixed organization; and
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, data privacy) as they relate to IT procurement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred;
  • 10+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain analytics, or operations, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role;
  • Proven expertise in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau, P2P systems) and procurement platforms;
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders; and
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvement and digital transformation in procurement.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $142,300 and a maximum of $206,400 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
