  • Support a culture of continuous learning, both by mentoring others and staying current with tools and best practices
Who You Are
  • A data translator and problem-solver who can switch gears between SQL queries and strategic conversations
  • Curious, adaptable, and driven by purpose-eager to support work that expands opportunity through education
  • A strong collaborator, equally at home with data engineers, marketers, and executives
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics, data science, behavioral psychology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, or decision science
  • Hands-on experience in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (or 3+ years in Adobe Analytics)
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization platforms (Power BI preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills-especially with non-technical audiences
Work Location:
