Where You'll Make a Difference

• AI Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with business goals, including an operating model for adoption across functions.
• AI Product Development: Drive creation of AI-powered products and services that deliver measurable business value.
• Opportunity Identification: Partner with digital and transformation leaders to identify, prioritize, and scale AI initiatives and process improvements.
• Responsible AI Implementation: Collaborate with legal, privacy, and security teams to ensure ethical and compliant AI deployment.
• Technology Integration: Work with tech teams to connect data, infrastructure, and platforms, leveraging native AI capabilities within enterprise systems.
• External Partnerships: Manage relationships with external partners to source AI capacity, services, and accelerators.
• Knowledge Management & Scaling: Establish standards, frameworks, and systems to document, share, and scale successful AI practices across the organization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Translate complex AI concepts into business value, develop compelling narratives, and provide subject matter expertise to secure buy-in.
• Operational Excellence: Implement governance, standardized processes, and training programs to ensure effective AI project management and literacy.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Over 10 years of leadership in AI, ML, data, and analytics, with a strong record of building scalable enterprise solutions and driving digital transformation.
• Extensive cross-functional experience, collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.
• Established and led centralized functionssuch as centers of excellence, enabling technology-driven organizational change.
• Deep technical expertise in AI/ML platforms, data architecture, integration, and responsible AI practices within enterprise ecosystems.
• Proficient in leveraging enterprise platforms(ERP, CRM, data lakes) and enabling interoperability through APIs and data orchestration.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, including advising senior executives, influencing stakeholders, and translating complex AI strategies into business value.
• Industry knowledge in manufacturing and CPG, with familiarity in global compliance, innovation processes, and product development lifecycles.

How Would You Stand Out?

• Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MS in AI/ML) or equivalent professional experience is strongly preferred.
• Consulting or advisory experience in AI/digital transformation
• Experience with flavors, fragrances, ingredients, or biosciences industries
• Track record of successful large-scale organizational change management
• Experience with global, multi-business unit organizations
