Join Rockline Industries as a Planning Administrator - Rockline Trading Division

As a Planning Administrator in our Rockline Trading division, you'll play a vital role in supporting our planning and operations teams. You'll help ensure the smooth flow of finished goods, manage sample and trial shipments, and support customs and quality processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to grow their career in supply chain and operations.


Key Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and manage nonwoven sample requests and trial material shipments
  • Support finished goods replenishment planning, including purchase orders and shipment documentation
  • Review and approve customs broker invoices to ensure accurate fees, duties, and taxes
  • Assist with administrative tasks for the RT Quality/Technical team
  • Collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues
  • Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders


What You Bring


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, materials management, or administrative support
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and math skills
  • Proficiency in JD Edwards, Microsoft Excel, and Word
  • Knowledge of bill of materials, manufacturing processes, and nonwovens is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
