The Opportunity

Lead social media strategy for Adobe's executive social communications and sports marketing efforts.

You'll work at the intersection of content, culture, and influence - shaping strategy and execution across executive social programs and sports-related activations. This role reports into the Director Social of the Adobe Brand and collaborates closely with executive comms, brand marketing, sports marketing, PR, and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do
  • Manage social media strategy for Adobe's senior leaders, crafting influential narratives to strengthen corporate reputation.

  • Develop and implement social-first sports marketing strategies that bring Adobe's sponsorships, sports partnerships, and athlete collaborations to life across platforms.

  • Collaborate with internal partners (Comms, Brand, Creative, Product Marketing) and agency teams to deliver outstanding content and storytelling that earns attention and builds community.

  • Craft detailed editorial plans, content calendars, and activation roadmaps that align with platform trends and brand objectives.

  • Provide creative direction and briefing for content development tailored to executive channels (e.g., LinkedIn, X) and high-impact brand campaigns in the sports and cultural arena.

  • Track cultural trends, sports moments, and executive visibility opportunities - activating real-time content and positioning Adobe in key moments.

  • Define critical metrics, manage measurement and optimization, and share performance insights to guide strategy and drive continuous improvement.

  • Mentor and guide a high-performing team and agency partners, while directly owning high-stakes strategic and executive relationships.

What We Are Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in social media strategy, executive communications, or brand marketing, preferably at a global brand or agency.

  • Strong editorial judgment and experience developing content and positioning for senior executives.

  • Demonstrated success activating brand presence through sports partnerships or entertainment/cultural collaborations on social platforms.

  • Expertise across social channels - especially LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.

  • Experience managing agency partners, content production workflows, and campaign execution.

  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • A pulse on sports culture, social media trends, and the evolving landscape of executive visibility.

  • Passion for Adobe's mission, values, and the intersection of creativity, technology, and culture.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $128,100 -- $215,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
