Ideal Candidate: An ideal candidate for this role would be a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a strong foundation in quality management and continuous improvement processes. They should have experience assisting in internal audits, maintaining document control, and participating in corrective action investigations. The candidate should also be skilled in supporting Kaizen events, analyzing data to identify trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Additionally, they should be familiar with lean manufacturing principles and capable of helping to optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
