Secret POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
Position Overview: Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Project Managers (PM). Candidate must be customer service oriented, possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions): -Coordinates and monitors work assignments for the PM. -Manage the PMs calendar and meeting schedules. -Works day to day operations as assigned by the PM. -Participate in the creation/review of operating procedures. -Takes day to day direction from the PM. -Supports other activities, as necessary. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Requirements: -Associate degree and four (4) years of experience as Administrative Assistant or closely related position (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). -Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret (L) Security Clearance. -Proactive team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities. -Solid communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to build effective working relationships. -Punctualality, reliability, and attention to detail is a must. -Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Office, Sharepoint, Excel, and Teams.
