The Position Job TitleSales Training Lead - Commercial & Business Banking Job DescriptionSummary The Sales Training Lead for Commercial and Business Banking is responsible for designing, delivering, and refining a consultative sales training program that equips bankers to deepen client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and position the bank as a trusted advisor. This role blends sales strategy with real-world application, leveraging curiosity-based questioning, business acumen, and structured relationship-building frameworks to enhance banker performance across the commercial and business banking segments.
