Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Patient Care and Therapy Compliance
    Serve as the primary point of contact for respiratory patients, addressing questions, monitoring therapy compliance (e.g., CPAP usage), scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely communication with patients and providers.

  • Manage Orders and Clinical Documentation
    Process respiratory equipment orders by verifying prescriptions and insurance, collecting required documentation, reviewing benefit information with patients, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping in the electronic health record.

  • Support Clinical Team and Troubleshoot Equipment Issues
    Assist respiratory therapists by scheduling visits, educating patients on equipment use, troubleshooting technical issues over the phone, and ensuring documentation and services meet compliance and accreditation standards.


Qualifications

Education:

  • High School Diploma

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a customer service-based enviornment.
